Abingdon & Witney College are looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to lead the delivery of work-based learning. You will be responsible for managing a team of Assessors, Tutors, and Training Coordinators, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both students and employers.

Key responsibilities would include overseeing the delivery of apprenticeships and work-based learning programs. You will also lead a team to ensure high quality teaching, training and assessment is in place.

Key skills required are the ability to build rapport and relationships with employers designing flexible and innovative delivery models while monitoring student progress and implementing intervention to support achievement.
