Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to secondary students
• Work collaboratively with department and pastoral teams
• Participate in school CPD and ECT induction programmes
• Support pupil progress and classroom behaviour effectively
• Contribute to a positive, respectful school environment
