Highlands College in the Channel Island of Jersey is seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal for Employment and Skills.

This is a new post for an experienced and highly successful manager to take on senior management responsibility for developing and enhancing the training programme with and for employers on the Island of Jersey. The college is seeking to appoint an individual who has the experience of working with employers, employer representatives and training agencies and who understands the complexities around delivering high-quality day release and work-based learning. Working at Highlands and within the Jersey, context provides the opportunity to develop innovative and flexible programmes that will meet the needs of the island’s employers.

  • Salary between £67,870 and £71,124, with a start date from 1st January 2018
  • Preliminary interviews will take place in London on Friday October 20th 2017
  • Second round interviews will take place in Jersey on Thurs/Fri November 2nd/3rd 2017
