An exciting and challenging opportunity to join the OFSTED rated Outstanding Apprenticeship Team as a Work Based Learning Delivery Manager. Apprenticeship timely achievement rates are currently the second highest in England, and the team were judged to be the best apprenticeship provider in the South of England at the Annual Apprenticeship Conference Awards held last month, so this really is a great time to join an ambitious and successful team.

You will lead on the delivery of the work based learning provision in a particular subject sector or sectors, by providing a positive, pro-active approach to work based learning which delivers outstanding outcomes for apprentices and employers. You will manage a delivery team of assessors and verifiers to provide effective and efficient training and assessment which meets the needs of employers and students and supports the ambition of the college to be the first choice provider of work based learning in Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.

Integral to the role is the ability to design and manage innovative and flexible delivery models, ensuring funding compliance and helping us to complete our transition to the new apprenticeship standards. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the delivery of outstanding timely achievement rates and progression opportunities for students, as well as helping us to continue to grow our offer.
