Employer Engagement Recruitment Advisor
The Training Solutions department is responsible for engaging employers in all aspects of the College’s work, with a focus on securing and managing employer relationships for the apprenticeship, traineeships and work experience functions of the business.
This role is ideal for someone with previous agency or in-house recruitment experience and some knowledge of apprenticeship levy.
The successful candidate will support employers to fulfil their recruitment needs. He/she will recruit the apprentices who are just starting out in the world of work or those already in work.
You will also be identifying new business opportunities with employers as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing and future employers/clients.
The role will involve both, telephone and face-to face contact. Candidate management and attraction is a key part of the role.

At the beginning of 2018, Richmond upon Thames College commenced Phase 1 of the new college campus which is due for completion at the end of 2019.
