We are looking for a talented and motivated Projects Manager to join the central projects team to manage a wide portfolio of projects and programmes. You will be given autonomy to work on your own initiative within a collaborative team environment. You will be given the opportunity to deliver projects that make a positive difference to the further education sector.  As Projects Manager you will be accountable for the safe delivery to time, budget and quality of a portfolio of projects.

You will have demonstrable experience of budget management, managing funder relationships and stakeholder engagement. Organisational skills, time management, accuracy and attention to detail are essential skills and attributes required for this role together with a positive approach to problem solving.

It is important to have the ability to relate to our customers, clients, funders and other stakeholders. You will also be an effective communicator and use your excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriately with people at all levels. Experience of successful writing for funding applications would be a bonus.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience working in the education sector in a projects support capacity or someone seeking to further their career within project management.
