Your Opportunity

We have 2 vacancies available;

  • The first is permanent full-time, working 37 hours per week and based at Openshaw Campus.
  • The second is working during term time only (40 weeks per year), 37 hours per week and based across Harpurhey and Manchester city centre and paid pro-rata.

We are looking to hire skilled and compassionate Student Experience Support Workers to ensure a high quality Student Experience by supporting the planning, delivery and management of a Student Experience Calendar of events; and, support provision of targeted and timely support for at-risk students.

You will provide focused intervention for the most vulnerable "At Risk" students through a variety of supportive interactions including, but not restricted to, 1-1s, action plans, caseload management, group work, Multi Agency meetings and referrals; and implementation of strategies that support the building of self-esteem and confidence.
