We now have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Head of Department of Student Support on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis. The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding management and leadership in the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of student support and experience for student on campus. In order to do this, you will need: Must have teaching qualification or current relevant industry experience Must have Numeracy and Literacy skills (level 2 or equivalent)Proven track record of management of a large and diverse teamMust have experience in quality assurance/control processes and procedure and in particular SAR processes and business planning. Experience of effective resource and performance management utilising computerised management information systems.
