An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive

Job Title:              Account Executive

Hours:                  Full Time    

Contract:              Permanent

Salary:                  Up to £27,000 dependant on qualifications and experience.

The Account Executive is responsible to the Sales Manager for providing high quality services in order to enable the college to meet objectives. Team working and communications within an overall approach that values people will be of Key importance.

The role requires an individual who has well developed organisational, communication and team working skills. They must also be able to meet targets and deadlines. Some of the expected duties include - 

  • Meet minimum sales and collections targets through Apprenticeship sign ups, as set forth by the Sales Manager.
  • Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.  
  • Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events.
  • Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.
  • Master the information presented during sales meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications as follows -

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Successful direct sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industries. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Recruitment back ground would be beneficial
  • Experience of producing reports and delivering presentations.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
