Due to recent growth, we are looking for 3 Directors to join the Creative Industries and Technology Faculties in our Further Education Division.
Director of Career Pathways, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey:
Do you have a gift working with employers, have highly developed influencing skills and can communicate a vision? Maybe you come from a commercial background with an aptitude for understanding the landscape of apprenticeships? Our Career Pathways Directors work with businesses to ensure that our learning programmes are designed and delivered in partnership with them, providing them with their future talent pipeline.
Flexible, forward-thinking and commercial, our Directors of Career Pathways understand employer’s needs and facilitate the design of a curriculum which improves student employability. You will identify opportunities to diversify our income and promote our services to businesses, parents and students.
You may be someone from an education background with an interest in project-based learning; or from a customer engagement or business development background. First and foremost is your commitment to working with businesses to develop the skills of our students.
