We are seeking to appoint an experienced Practical Instructor in Animal Industry Skills.

The successful candidate will deliver practical sessions for a range of students to gain industry skills within the animal care department. You will provide day-to-day care for a wide range of animals kept by the College, support and resource the teaching of animal care including maintaining practical facilities and animal areas.

The ideal candidate will undertake and provide demonstrations and technical instructions to students on a range of full time, part-time and short courses. You will carry out practical assessments of students in line with awarding body requirements and maintain up-to-date schemes of work and lesson plans for each course.
