Recruitment Executive

About the role:

You will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment executives. You will oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team and ensure the smooth running of the recruitment arm of the business. This could be to fulfil any type of vacancies such as apprentices, full time or part time. In addition to that you will be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs, including apprenticeships and other funding streams and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements. You also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

About you:

The post holder will demonstrate excellent team leading skills to ensure that the recruitment team is a self-sustaining arm which complements the business development teams' needs and have experience of working in a target driven sales environment. You will have the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with existing and new clients. You will also have the ability to work in a structured way, independently and as a team member to achieve targets and deadlines.
