The post holder will ensure the Advice and Admissions team deliver an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of campus reception and advice centre where visitors receive a warm welcome, access relevant information and advice and are delighted by the whole customer experience.
