Curriculum Team Leader – Fabrication and Welding

Salary – up to £35 000 (inc Market Force supplement and is dependent on industry and teaching experience)

37 hours per week – Permanent

If you are passionate, driven and enthusiastic then we want you to join our aspirational Engineering team to lead on delivery of both workshop and theory sessions in Mechanical Engineering.

The successful candidate will have at least a HNC/D qualification in a Fabrication and Welding subject along with a proven track record of working in their relative industry and delivering an element of work based training. Possession of a teacher training qualification and the TAQA assessor award would be a distinct advantage but is not essential as relavant training will be provided.

Working within a well-equipped facility and leading a small team, you will be delivering theory and practical sessions to students and work based learners. This is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to develop both the curriculum and links with the community & local businesses for the benefit of all involved.
