London South East Colleges is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join our team of Front Desk Advisors whilst studying the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme.
You will be working as part of a team of Front Desk Advisors across our Bromley and Orpington Campuses and will need to be a good communicator as you will be the first point of welcome for our students, staff and visitors.
The role will include switchboard and reception duties, giving out visitor information about the College and our courses, as well as administrative duties.
The role is 32.5 hours a week and is a paid apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will have:
- good IT skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- a willingness to learn
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm in all situations and a professional and courteous approach.
