We are looking to recruit a creative, motivated and experienced team leader to join our Group Learning Support team at each of the above names campuses. You will line manage and work as part of a team to lead and develop study coaches and learning assistants on campus, through the observation and appraisal process. You will demonstrate experience of teaching and learning strategies to motivate and engage learners to progress. Ability to develop and promote excellence in all support delivered to learners. Sound knowledge of SEND, safeguarding and EHCP process. Excellent communication and organisation skills required and to be a role model of professionalism. To be able to work independently and to demonstrate flexibility contributing to the team’s effectiveness. Ability to respond to change positively and to lead the team through change. E-literate and competent IT and administration skills essential.
