At Activate Learning we are pioneering education with an unwavering focus on providing talent for business and transforming lives through our Learning Philosophy. Our student experience is the result of our attention to detail in recruiting, developing and retaining the right staff who match and promote the values and behaviours of our brand. Our employee experience is a vital part of this process.

We’re on a journey of transformation at Activate Learning, with investment in our people greater than it’s ever been. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Learning and Development Administrator, responsible for the coordination, administration and evaluation of learning and development activities and processes for support service staff as well as mandatory training for all staff. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work in a varied and expanding function and shares a passion for the learning and development of staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude. An appropriate qualification, together with an understanding of the L&D cycle would be a distinct advantage. In order to be successful in this role you would require proven administration and organisation skills together with the ability to multitask.

This is a full-time role (37 hours) which can be based at either Oxford or Bracknell.  There will be a requirement to travel to all sites.

If you have the experience, skills and passion to fulfil this role then we would like to hear from you.
