Lecturer in Mechanical and/or Marine Engineering
Part-time, 18.5 hours per week | Permanent | £11,501-£16,509 P/A (pro rata of £23,001 - £33,018)
A Lecturer in Mechanical and/or Marine Engineering is required to deliver a varied, mainly classroom curriculum, within the Academy of Marine Industries Technologies.
You will contribute to the development, organisation and delivery of the curriculum to both full time learners and apprentices at Levels 2 and 3.
The candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and be able to embed Functional Skills within their delivery. They need to be enthusiastic, innovatively creative and committed to the continuing development of students.
For this role, you must:
• Have good engineering background in industry
• Be qualified, with occupational experience to deliver theory sessions in the classroom for a range of Engineering Level 2 and level 3 qualifications.
