37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

GBP 15,613 - GBP 18,068 per annum

We have a superb opportunity for an experienced administrator to work in the AdminTeam, to support the Further Education Management Team.

This role is suitable if you have experience and enjoy the following:

Compiling letters

  • Ordering stationery

  • Minute taking

  • Diary management

  • General admin support in a fast-paced working environment and experience of working in a busy office will be highly beneficial.

    This role will suit candidates with administration experience and ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in administration or equivalent qualification.

    In this role you will have the opportunity to problem solve, create and refine systems to aid work load and smarter working. There are opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills within curriculum areas, general education and organisation.

    The role is based at our Ipswich Road Campus, you maybe required to travel to our other campuses including Paston College, North Walsham one day a week. Travel expenses are payable, in line with policy.
