We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team as an Assistant Principal on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As an Assistant Principal you will provide outstanding leadership of improving teaching, training, learning and assessment across specific business units of the LTE Group. In the first instance, you will have responsibility for the leadership of Group Quality Team's work in The Manchester College (FE provision), Total People (our ILP, largely responsible for apprenticeships) and MOL (provider of professional development qualifications through blended-learning approaches). You will work closely with senior leaders and key quality practitioners within each of these business units to drive forward the quality agenda. You will also support and deputise for the Vice Principal: Quality & Standards and co-manage the group quality team, responsible for ensuring we continually improve provision and are inspection/review ready across each strand of delivery within the Group.
The role will require regular travel between campuses in Manchester and periodic travel to other Group offices and delivery locations.
