We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality team as an Advanced Practitioner on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
We are seeking to expand our team of highly talented Advanced Practitioners with others who share their passion for teaching, learning and assessment. You will provide individual coaching for teachers, tutors, lecturers, learning coaches, trainers and assessors to help them make sustained improvements and become the inspirational practitioners our students deserve. You will draw upon your excellent knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment to design and deliver high-quality CPD, conduct developmental lesson observations and support the Quality Team in carrying out internal reviews and working with colleagues to implement recommendations. You will also be supporting the wider quality improvement agenda by carrying out activities such as focused learning walks and leading teaching and learning improvement for curriculum teams, for example through providing guidance and structure for communities of learning and identifying and sharing areas of good and outstanding practice.
The role will require regular travel between campuses in Manchester and periodic travel to other Group offices and delivery locations.
