To lead, organise and co-ordinate staff and resources to provide a high quality Fresh Start and Inclusion curriculum for both full and part time provision. This work will be across all College sites. The role will include a teaching element and the candidate must be able to work with those young people who find it difficult to engage in education and training.
You should hold level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/4-9) and have achieved a Level 5 Teaching qualification e.g. PGCE or DTLLS. You must also have experience of teaching or working with young people who may not have had a positive experience of education in the past. You should be able to manage students, staff and courses. Ideally you will be successful teacher and/or Course Director in an FE setting.
