IT Support Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide IT Technical Support to students and staff in the use of IT equipment including, troubleshooting hardware and software faults along with installations and maintenance.
This is a varied and challenging role and you will be expected to provide a professional and friendly service to both internal and external customers. You will deal with customers face to face, on the telephone and through electronic enquiries
Previous experience of supporting computer hardware and software is essential, as is experience in using either Windows 7 and Windows 10 in a network environment.
