Contact Centre Adviser

To support this aim, we would like to recruit a Contact Centre Adviser to join our ever-expanding and busy Group Contact Centre team.
The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, by telephone and multiple digital channels which raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.
The role will predominantly involve answering calls and replying to enquiries in which you will provide a vital service to both current and potential students.
The ideal candidate will be resilient and solutions focused and able to multi task. The ability to input data accurately and efficiently ensuring that records are kept up to date and changes are recorded in line with GDPR and our Privacy policies.
