14 hours per week primarily working weekends (Salary £17,007 pro rata pa)
Working Friday 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm, Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm and Sunday 8.30am to 1.00pm but some flexibility to provide cover during the week is also a requirement.
You will need to have relevant reception experience, a professional approach and excellent customer care skills to join our existing team. You will provide a comprehensive reception and information service to students and visitors and be the first point of contact on our front reception desk. The ability to demonstrate the highest standards of customer care with experience of dealing with a range of customer queries is essential. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be tactful in your approach and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Duties include answering the College telephone switchboard, welcoming and assisting our visitors. In addition, you will also carry out a range of related administrative duties and therefore you will need to have excellent administrative skills for this role. Previous switchboard experience is desirable together with a good level of ICT skills.
