Community Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Adult Skills and Community Office Administrative team ideally starting in September 2019. Acting as a point of contact for customers you will undertake general administration tasks, and be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the office function.  

 

You will have significant experience of using Microsoft Office packages; in particular Word, Outlook and Excel, teamed with excellent customer service, effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully multitask under pressure and work on own initiative in a busy environment.  The ability to work effectively and accurately is vital.

 

Please note this is not a term time only position.
