An exciting opportunity for a passionate, skilled, flexible and committed professional to work with our students in our outstanding SEN school. In our setting, designated for students with social, emotional and mental health needs, you will be supporting students with their academic achievement by covering lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as assisting students with their personal and social development as a pastoral tutor. This role is demanding and challenging, but very rewarding. Experience of working in schools is essential to ensure that provision and interventions are relevant and current. All of our learners have ECHPs and as a school we are proud to promote the development of life skills and social development as equal to academic achievement. West Heath School work towards the end goal of helping students re-integrate into mainstream learning and preparation for adulthood.
