Customer Contact Adviser

We have great opportunity based at our Kettering campus for a Customer Contact Adviser to become a key member of our Customer Contact department.

 

As a Customer Contact Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Providing a high quality information and advice service to customers, in line with the College’s customer service charter and set service standards, to support the achievement of applications, conversion, recruitment and retention targets
  • Playing a key role in participating in school events and College Open Days in order to attract applications.

 

Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a customer service environment and exceeding customer expectations and have understanding of the issues relating to client confidentiality and data protection, alongside the following qualifications:

 

  • A good standard of education, including English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
  • A professional information, advice and guidance (IAG) qualification, or the willingness to undertake a Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship
  • Evidence of continued professional development

Contract Type –Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) /52 weeks per yea

25 days holiday per annum, pro rata
