Facilitator - Motorsport

We have a great opportunity based at our Silverstone campus (National College for Motorsport) for a Learning Facilitator - Motorsport to become a key member of our National College for Motorsport department.

As a Learning Facilitator - Motorsport, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Training cohorts of learners in the workshop aspects of the Motorsport qualifications delivered through the National College for Motorsport
  • Assisting in the delivery and assessment of relevant under pinning knowledge
  • Assisting with the progression of learners into apprenticeships through liaison with Race Teams

Our ideal candidates will have significant and demonstrable professional experience within the Motorsport sector, alongside the following qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Motorsport/ Motor Vehicle/ Engineering or a related subject.
  • Hold an appropriate and recognised Assessor award or be willing to work towards.
  • GCSE Maths & English at grade A to C or equivalent at Level 2
  • Willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification

40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

25 days holiday per annum, pro rata
