About the team

The Maths Team here at Harlow College sit within the English and Maths academy. The team is responsible for the delivery of GCSE Maths to young people and adults as well as A-Level Maths. The team also supports vocational staff who deliver functional skills Maths across the college.

About the role

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and experienced teacher to deliver GCSE Maths to students across the college. The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the teams planning of a strong and vibrant curriculum which enable students to improve on their GCSE results from school. There will be an opportunity to teach A Level maths for suitable candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation by working in Further Education.

Ideally qualified to degree level; you will have the skills and experience to teach GCSE Maths.  A teaching qualification is not essential as the College will support you in obtaining a teaching or assessing qualification where appropriate.
