We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual in the HR Recruitment & Operations Team to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
As a key member of the busy HR team, you will assist the HR Manager and HR Business Partners in the delivery of a professional, reliable and commercial HR service across the College. You will assist in the administration and coordination of all resourcing and recruitment activity which will involve the end to end delivery for both permanent and temporary roles across the College.
With a proven track record in HR Administration and a commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service, you will be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative. Experience of working with iTrent would be an advantage.
