Newbury College is looking for a Work Based Learning Co-Ordinator to join the Apprentice & Business team to oversee quality, to co-ordinate Apprenticeships and other relevant programmes and to manage the e-portfolio. This is a part time role and is based on the successful candidate working over 3-5 days, with an FTE salary of £25,350 FTE.
This role requires an assessor and internal verifier qualification and experience of working with a wide variety of customers and employers.
The role will ensure the learner journey from enrolment and induction activities to on course reviews, onto completion is delivered. The successful individual will provide reports on learner progress, act as lead IQA and support the Apprenticeship and Business Manager in the development of the curriculum and innovative assessment practices.
