We are looking for a proactive Receptionist Administrator on a part time, fixed term basis (5 months) to provide a professional, efficient and customer-focused front of house service to the organisation. This role will work as part of a seamless team of two (on a job share basis) to run AoC’s busy reception desk, coordinate office facilities and also provide wider administrative support to AoC colleagues in other teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of running a busy reception desk plus proven office administration skills. You will demonstrate a flexible approach to work tasks, with the ability to provide support across a number of different remits with confidence. The ideal candidate will be a team worker, take pride in providing excellent levels of service to both internal and external customers; be a strong multi-tasker and possess the initiative to undertake and complete administrative tasks to a high standard.
The available shift is Monday to Friday 13.00 – 17.30. Please note the shift times are fixed.
Punctuality is key for this position therefore any applicants should live a reasonable distance (no more than one hour) from our office in WC1A.
