924 - Workplace Tutor, Management 5/ Team Leader/Supervisor 3
Salary; GBP 27,663 plus market condition enhancement (pro rata)
Based at: any RNN College site, North Notts Worksop, Dearne Valley College, Rotherham, Dinnington with travel - North West Yorkshire

About the role
If you have experience of planning, delivering and teaching apprenticeships in Management level 5 and Team Leading/Supervisor 3 then this could be the job for you. This role will be teaching in groups on the new standards as well as one to one delivery on the old framework, this will consist of developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours in order for the learners to pass the end point assessments.
You should be qualified to deliver in Management 5 or higher but flexibility to cover other disciplines would be advantageous. You should have completed a recognised Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1 or TAQA). IQA and Teaching qualifications are essential for this post, or willing to work towards. Travel will be expected. Working as part of our Work Based Learning team your key tasks will include the delivery and assessment of qualifications within Apprenticeship programmes in your selected areas. Most of the role will take place delivering to your cohort of learners in our brand new state of the art University Centre Rotherham, along with employer visits in the workplace. You must be able to build good relationships, manage a caseload of apprentices and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organisations.
A driving licence and access to a car is required to enable you to fulfil this role. The successful candidate will need to travel to the North West until this cohort completes, predicted end of June the latest. Why work for us?
