We now have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Work Placement Officer (Health & Social Care)
with our Sports Public Services and Care Professions department on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis.
As a Work Placement Officer you will responsible to develop work placement opportunities with employers in order to provide placements for learners within the department. Also, you will be supporting students, tutors and employers, to ensure learners complete placements and achieve their qualifications
In order to do this, you will need:
You must have awareness of relevant Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures
Must be able to demonstrate appropriate industry experience.
Must have assessor qualification
Must have Level 3 or above qualification in the subject area
Must be able to communicate effectively with Employers, Peers and Learners
Must have effective administration and organisational skills
Must have clean driving licence.
Must be able to demonstrate good team working skills.
