As Curriculum Lead for Teacher Training, you will lead the provision of a range of teacher training programmes from Level 2 to Level 5.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the training is delivered to the highest possible standard and as many of the learners are our own teaching and assessing staff you will directly influence the quality of teaching provision across the college.
This is a part time role (0.5) and working hours will include delivery on three twilight sessions a week.
Essential requirements are a Level 5 teaching qualification, Level 6 or higher subject specialism, the relevant IQA qualifications, together with relevant previous teaching experience. You will be up to date with current initiatives but also be fully aware of future developments. Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for embedding professional standards, you will role model excellence in teaching.
