Luminate Education Group consists of Leeds City College, Keighley College, Leeds College of Music, The White Rose Academies Trust (WRAT) and recently Harrogate College.
The Luminate Marketing team are looking to recruit a Client Services Lead to join the growing marketing team in the heart of Leeds. This role will lead the marketing account executives to deliver outstanding marketing initiatives across the education group.The marketing team operate in a similar fashion to an agency, with huge ambitions to develop and grow. You will be a key part of this journey as we look to become market leaders in Student Recruitment and Marketing through innovative education and youth engagement strategies.
You'll be leading the client services team across the group to support the marketing day to day whilst working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager. This will result in the smooth delivery of campaigns and marketing collateral throughout the year. You will ideally have marketing agency or client side experience.
Responsibilities include (but please read the full Job Description):
- Lead, advise and support the marketing account executives in their day to day operations.
- Ensure effective project management of all marketing operations to ensure briefs are efficiently progressed to the wider in-house marketing team of events, creative and comms.
- Delivery of outstanding client services to all members of the group with consistently excellent levels of communication. Ensuring accurate contact reports, briefs and regular catch ups are in used.
- Support all execs in effectively scheduling work, briefing creative and digital teams, suppliers and other external parties to ensure successful delivery of projects.
