This is a fixed term contract until 31st October 2021
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong record of accomplishment and can work as part of a Business Engagement Team to rapidly grow Work Based, Full Cost and Commercial provision across key LEP priority areas at Leeds City College. The successful candidate must be solutions focussed, target driven and have experience at developing strong employer relations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business leads, apprenticeship and full cost sales and working effectively with existing and prospective employers to quickly grow our work-based portfolio and business areas. Candidates must therefore be able to demonstrate a strong ability to market and sell apprenticeship opportunities, training solutions and services, have lots of energy, a natural can do attitude and be confident in negotiating and writing apprenticeship contracts. This post is funded through the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges through the Let's Talk Real Skills project that will ensure significant improvements in skills provision through a strong collaborative approach of active engagement with sectors and industry groups linked to Further education and Higher education.
