The Employer Experience Officer role works within the Employer Engagement and Partnership team and working closely with the Student placement team. This role will provide an opportunity to engage with small and large employers across a range of products with a significant focus on the generation of work experience opportunities for study programme students.
The ideal candidate will come with a proven record of establishing relationships with large clients as well as developing opportunities with SMEs.
The post holder will update the team on the demands of the sector to inform new products, managing all activities via a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and report on pipeline progress.

LSEC currently engages with over 800 business in the apprenticeship market delivering to 1,500 apprentices from construction and engineering to business admin and finance.
Who we are looking for:
* Experienced in a business development / sales setting
* Understanding of work experience requirements within the FE sector
* Natural ability to connect and build trust with customers
* Able to identify customer needs
* Competent in MS Office and experienced in managing a CRM system
