We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Technician within our Technical Services team.
We are looking for an appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work within our Technical Services team. This role requires frequent work across our campuses in Watford, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead and occasionally at Barnfield campus in Luton.
You will work as part of a team to provide technical support for both curriculum delivery and business processes. You must be able to demonstrate a good level of competency for troubleshooting in a second line role as well as having technical proficiency for installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software in a network environment. You will also need the ability to diagnose, evaluate and devise solutions. You must be able to work independently as well as within a team and organisation, communication and time management skills are essential for this role. You will have experience working within a similar role with relevant qualifications.
Good general level of education. A-levels or equivalent, with GCSE grades A-C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
