Facilities Manager

Burnley College are seeking a Facilities Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the organisation's facilities management team and premises staff. You will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of the buildings and grounds at all times.

With a recognised Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH, you will have a minimum of five years' experience of buildings and grounds maintenance work. You will also have the ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people including excellent communication skills.

The successful post holder will be responsible for the overall security arrangements and work closely with the senior management team to ensure the safe operation and effective maintenance of commercial areas.

The salary for this post is competitive.
