Post 1 – 25 Hours per week (working Monday to Friday, 7.30 am – 12.30 pm)

Starting salary: £12,206.08 per annum (FTE £18,065)

Post 2 - Variable hours as and when required (hourly rate £9.3636)

(peak working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday) temporary until 31 July 2020

We are seeking to appoint Cleaners with relevant experience to join our busy Premises team who provide and maintain a clean environment for College students, staff and visitors.  Duties will include cleaning, washing, changing and making beds, dusting and polishing of designated areas (all of which will include toilet and associated facilities) and fixtures and fittings, using where appropriate the necessary powered cleaning equipment.

You should have experience of cleaning within a business environment (preferably a residential business environment) as well as knowledge of COSHH regulations.  You will have regular contact with staff and students in this role and therefore, you will be required to provide the highest standards of customer care.  You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be tactful in your approach and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
