We are currently recruiting for Student Progression Mentors to join our hard working and dedicated team supporting the pastoral needs of our students.
This role requires an excellent communicator and some one who is committed to ensuring our students are able to achieve and progress. You must have the ability to deal effectively with students, relevant professions (including external agencies), parents and colleagues, ensuring that all documentation and all contact is reported to the relevant person / Safeguarding Team.
Excellent record keeping is essential for the role and as such reasonable computer skills are required, with a knowledge of Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ ProMonitor. You will need to be flexible in your working role as the tasks demanded can change from day to day, and you must be willing to occasionally stay beyond contracted working hours.
