The main purpose of the above position is to assist in the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers and staff.
You will be based at the Main Reception Desk but you will be supporting students and staff throughout the building and helping them make best use of Student Services. You will develop your skills in customer service and gain an awareness of the range and use of Student Learning Services.
You will be based predominantly at the Chester Campus however you may be required to work at other sites on occasions.
As a front-line service, this job is vital to the success of the College, you will need to be outgoing and enjoy working with people, happy to deal with difficult situations, be familiar and competent in Microsoft Office packages and able to use specialist software.
