We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Performance Coach to join our Apprenticeship team within Health and Social Care. The position will predominantly be based In Oxford, but you will be required to travel.
You will be responsible for working closely in our apprentices in their workplace, providing excellent mentoring and guidance to our students and employers, and setting our learners to succeed and achieve level 2 to 4/5 in Adult care.
In-addition you will deliver functional skills in English and Maths to students as well as preparing apprentices for End point assessment.
What do you need to be successful?
As a skilled Performance Coach, you will be educated to either level 5 in Health and Social Care or pervious registered nurse qualification. Ideally, you would have worked in a similar role and have experience in teaching/assessing and confident delivering expert advice and guidance to our students and external companies.
