St Brendan’s Catholic Sixth Form College is situated in Bristol in an exceptional modern campus setting.

VICE PRINCIPAL – PERMANENT, FULL-TIME
The post of Vice-Principal is a ‘Reserved Post’ and the vacancy is only open to practising Catholics.
We are looking for an exceptional leader to become our new Vice-Principal. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior management or leadership role within the Education Sector, preferably in a Further Education/Sixth Form post-16 provision. As a practising Catholic, we expect you to lead, by example, in living out the mission of the College.
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the Principal, you will ensure that the College succeeds in its mission, achieves its strategic aims and objectives and fulfils its responsibilities. Specific responsibilities of the role will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate. As the most senior member of College staff after the Principal, you will also act as deputy for the Principal.
The post of Vice-Principal is defined as a ’Senior Post Holder’ by the Board of Governors. Salary will be as a Senior Post Holder on the Vice Principal’s six-point range from £73,762 to £84,361 per annum. The Board of Governors anticipates reviewing this in the near future subject to the achievement of predicted student recruitment and retention targets.
