Student Records Manager
We have a superb opportunity for a Student Records Manager to lead and develop a dynamic team of administrators responsible for student records, timetabling and exams administration. You will lead your team to deliver high quality, reliable, timely and accurate data to relevant parties including qualification registration, exams management, course closure and communications with Awarding Organisations. You will also deliver statistical analysis and management reporting to support college management decision-making and sector-specific information and qualification trends to inform future strategy.
We are seeking an inspirational leader who is pragmatic, flexible and reliable. Having managed successful teams you will demonstrate the ability to delegate workload efficiently to meet targets. With a solution-focused approach, you will be creative, energetic and will have a “can do” attitude. Degree qualified or with a relevant professional qualification, the successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience of academic databases and systems, ideally ProSolution and ProAchieve. You will demonstrate a good understanding of Further Education and Higher Education funding and JCQ and Ofqual requirements for exam arrangements.
