Hereford College of Arts (HCA) is a dedicated arts college with a specialist focus on art, media, design, popular music and performing arts.  Our dynamic creative community offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees alongside a range of further education and short course programmes.  Located in Hereford, we enjoy all the advantages of a compact, historic city set in the midst of exceptional countryside, an area rich in cultural activity, enterprise, and innovation.   The College is proud of its history and track-record but now has an ambitious strategy to grow in scale and develop around curriculum, community, creative spaces and places, and student careers and enterprise to become a truly exceptional centre for modern creative education – rooted in place, connected to the world.

We are seeking to appoint a Student Recruitment and Outreach Manager to oversee the development and contribute to the delivery of our annual student recruitment and outreach plan.  You will develop new relationships with feeder schools and colleges to ensure the programme is effective and delivers quality, innovation and creativity to engage prospective students.

This is a new role which has been created to help the college meet its strategic ambitions.  You will be part of small and busy team and happy to combine strategic planning and evaluation with hands-on operational delivery.  You will need flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and be ready to travel to help broker new school/college relationships or contribute to the direct delivery of some of our outreach activity.

For further information and an application pack please visit the College's website.

Closing date for applications:   Friday 18th January 2019

The College is an Equal Opportunities employer and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.  All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
