We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Trainer/Facilitator for Supported Internships, to join our Foundation and Community Studies Division team to develop skills and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high personal achievement for supported interns.   

As an effective Trainer/Facilitator, you will facilitate the employability skills curriculum training for supported interns and identify the supported intern’s strengths, interests, and abilities related to skill acquisition, job development and employment. You will also develop Personal Profiles with each supported intern to include evidencing of skills attained, letter of recommendations from internship sites, etc.

With a relevant degree level qualification and recognised teaching, training or facilitating qualification, you will have the knowledge of perceived barriers to learning for students with declared learning difficulties and have experience of successful delivery for students with additional needs. You will also have experience of delivering employability related training and of liaising with external organisations.
