Gower College is keen to appoint a new Learning Area Manager for Engineering.  Responsible for the effective planning and management of the Learning Area, duties will include; curriculum planning and delivery, quality assurance, staff development, learner management and budgeting. The ideal candidate will lead staff to ensure the highest standards of quality are embedded within the provision, with a clear focus on raising standards and responding to learner needs.

A diverse Learning Area, the curriculum includes programmes across levels 1-5, with the possibility of offering full degree programmes (level 6) in the future. A strong Work-based Learning provision forms part of the delivery activities. Staff are passionate and committed to ensuring the many learners in this area achieve their full potential, through innovative teaching styles and excellent outcomes.
